What used to work is not working anymore.
The path feels uncertain.
What do you do when what was working stops working?
You didn't do anything wrong.
You built a mission that works.
You have served your audience well, likely over a decade or more of figuring out how to be the best at what you do.
You have NAILED your mission.
From the outside, your organization looks successful.
But lately, things feel harder.
What used to work is not working anymore.
The path feels uncertain.
Events, small grants, and sheer will next level.
They are taking more out of you and the organization than they return.
More people need you. Money feels tighter.
Is pushing harder even the answer?
If you have quietly wondered whether your organization has outgrown the way it is funded or structured, this workshop is for you.
This is not a fundraising training.
lt is not about tactics, templates or quick fixes.
It is about making sense of what is really happening so that any next step you take is intentional rather than a guess.

Access will be sent your way as soon as we have a few details from you.

Many founder-led nonprofits experience this moment right around the $1 million mark. Sometimes a little before. Sometimes a little after.
The organization stalls or gets stuck. Not because something broke.
But because growth CHANGES THE RULES.
The strategies that helped you launch and survive
do not reliably support long-term sustainability.
What once felt flexible, now feels fragile.
What once felt energizing, now feels exhausting.
This workshop helps you name that moment, understand why it is happening, and see where your energy is actually needed now.
When What Worked Stops Working is a free, 90-minute live workshop designed to help nonprofit leaders:
Understand why success can create new structural challenges
Recognize common growth stage patterns that keep organizations stuck
Separate personal self-doubt from systemic reality
Clarify what type of growth is being asked for next
This workshop is for you if you are:
This workshop may not be a fit if you are looking for immediate fundraising tactics or a quick revenue fix.

What You Will Leave With
By the end of the workshop, you may find yourself saying things like:
"I finally understand why this feels so hard."
"It is a relief to know we are not failing. This is normal!"
"I can see now that pushing harder is not the answer."
Clarity does not solve everything. It does help you see what comes next and makes the right next conversation possible.
Discover Why Your Nonprofit Feels Stalled
The Real Challenge
At this stage of growth, many nonprofit leaders apply answers before they have had space to fully understand the nature of the challenges they are facing. This workshop intentionally slows that process down.
Clear Insight
You will not leave with a recipe. Instead, you will have clearer insight into where your organization is, what is creating tension, what risks are real, and where it makes sense to focus your time, attention, and resources going forward.
Better Choices.
This kind of clarity supports better choices, made on your own timing.
